You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold funnfact.com, its officers, directors, employees and agents, harmless from and against any claims, actions or demands, liabilities and settlements including without limitation, reasonable legal and accounting fees, resulting from, or alleged to result from, your violation of these Terms and Conditions.

2. Resposibilities of Registrant
It is your duty and responsibility to keep the secrecy of your login credentials, to our website. You should not post any copyrighted material. You should not post nude/vulgar images or material. 3. Termination of registration

Again, if your billing information is determined to be incorrect or fraudulent, we reserves the right to pursue any and all legal remedies. If your payment is declined, we may restrict your ability to use the payment method that was declined.

5. Jurisdiction
You expressly agree that exclusive jurisdiction for any dispute with Funnfact.com , or in any way relating to your use of the Funnfact.com, resides in the jurisdiction decided by us and you further agree and expressly consent to the exercise of any personal jurisdiction in the court decided by us, in connection with any such dispute including any claim involving funnfact.com or its affiliates, subsidiaries, employees, officers, directors, promoters.
